The Siente methodology is part of the Crear Salud project, aimed at promoting healthy habits by the Facilisimo Foundation.
The objective of Siente is to help society improve people's well-being through guided meditation in Spanish, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
Siente will assist you in initiating a personal change process and learning to:

This is a non-profit project. By subscribing, you support the Facilisimo Foundation in their research and efforts to promote good habits in society. If you belong to a charitable institution or a group in need, you can request a solidarity subscription.
